Gaudí, the Atelier of the Divine

Small Creative and GEDEON Programmes, along with an array of partners, are proud to present the virtual reality project *Gaudí, the Atelier of the Divine *, an immersive journey into the mind of Antoni Gaudí. Through a 3D reconstruction of the artist’s studio near the Sagrada Familia, this experience allows visitors to explore how the architectural genius conceptualized and built his lifelong masterpiece.

The exhibition consists of a multi-user virtual reality experience. As Gaudí's assistant, participants are guided through his creative thought process, uncovering the source of his inspiration, his unique working methods, and his deep connection with nature and the divine. The immersive technology recreates Gaudí's studio, which was destroyed in a fire during the Spanish Civil War in 1926.

This work not only recreates Gaudí’s late-life working environment but also showcases his iconic architectural designs, such as Casa Batlló and Park Güell. Through interactive elements, participants can witness the dynamic transformation of these structures and gain insight into their design principles.

The project emphasizes Gaudí’s profound relationship with nature and the divine, exploring his use of natural elements in architecture and his obsession with creation and monumental structures. Throughout the experience, participants are immersed in Gaudí's vision and spirit, offering a unique convergence of art, architecture, and spirituality.

This is not merely an artistic experience but a fusion of soul and nature. Through virtual reality, we are granted a rare glimpse into Gaudí's genius and the immense spiritual power that fueled his creations.
